The Pilates Room is a beautiful, purpose built boutique style studio located in the lovely seaside village of Sawtell. The Pilates Room is dedicated to preserving the integrity of the original Pilates method as created by Joseph Pilates.
With regular practice you will not only feel better but you will see the difference in a strong, long, flexible body with good posture and alignment, which is crucial for injury prevention.
We focus on private, semi-private and small group classes to ensure you are receiving a high level of attention and the correct execution of each exercise.
