It's Sophie from Newcastle here, I did the Pilates and props course with you
today and firstly I would like to thank you once again for a great day and
fantastic course. I learnt so much, as you always do in your courses, not only
with cues and tactiles and ideas for teaching, but a depth in my own body
awareness I have never felt before. For instance when I was driving home I
noticed a major change in my alignment. normally I will catch myself quite often
with my head forward shoulders slouched and pelvis in a posterior tilt and
having to correct it and focus on connecting my T-line. But driving home today I
couldn't switch my T-line off! It was just always there supporting my posture,
it wasn't hurting it was just working and didn't fatigue ... weird, but good!"
