Kimberley's message
Dear students,
This year is off to a positive start with many of our familiar faces back on
the Pilates track along with some new faces trying out Pilates for the first time. I
hope your bodies are enjoying what Pilates offers and remember that a simple
roll down and hamstring stretch can assist in keeping your body from freezing-up.
We would like all of our students to know that you can chat to us any time.
Pilates should cause no pain, if you are not having a positive movement
experience, please let us know. We will suggest a plan to assist you in
achieving your goals.
The Pilates Room Studio is open 6 days a week to help you to specifically
target your body goals.
Contact us for assistance.
