Spring into summer and don’t slump through winter by following some simple,
helpful pointers from Kimberley (accredited Nutritionist)
1. Remember that you body still requires 2 litres of water per day, even
though the air is cooler you will still lose as much water due to the dry air.
Carry your water bottle with you.
2. Rather than wanting those sweets after your evening meal, try brushing
your teeth as soon as you finish your main meal, it may help those cravings.
3. Remember that a full cream cappuccino is 7.5 grams of fat so be careful of
extra warm drinks in winter.
4. Even through the colder months we still only need 30 grams of fat per day.
5. Keep health and moving through the winter months.
6. Have soups for dinner.
This mat workout to do at home for 15 minutes each day will keep you fit,
trim and terrific!
