Pilates Studio News
The IGA supermarket and liquor store has opened down stairs, so you can pick
up your groceries on the way home — how convenient!
Just keeping you up to date with what is happening in the Pilates Room. We have
said our sad farewells to Margot McDonald who has been working in the studio.
Many of you have had the privilege of having her give you a session. Margot will
be missed by all of us here, but we wish her the very best on her adventures and
hope that she will return to us in the future.
The studio will operate as normal, up to Saturday, 20th December and will be
open from 5th
January, so if you would like to treat yourself to an amazing Pilates
experience, call the studio on 9975 7766 and make a booking for the school
holidays.
Krystle, Amy and myself are looking forward to helping you achieve your
personal goals in the new year and Vicky will continue to be our Office manager.
Vicki is in the studio on Mondays and Wednesdays, however we all endeavour to
return your calls and emails as soon as possible, so please leave a message for
us to respond to.

Dear Valued Pilates Clients,
 Thank you for supporting The Pilates Room Team and we hope you have enjoyed
your Pilates classes with us. We would like to take this opportunity to wish you
a happy and safe festive break.
As
many of you would already be well aware, my Partner in crime — Mum, or
Heather to the rest of you, is moving to Sunny Queensland. I am going to miss her
terribly and I am sure you will too, but the good news for you guys is that we
have trained some fabulous instructors this year and we have chosen the best to
teach you.
You will be meeting Emma and Jacqui throughout the year on various classes. We
know you will thoroughly enjoy their classes and they would love your feedback.
They are extremely approachable and want to give you a fabulous Pilates workout.

Space is limited, bookings essential!
The current timetable will be the same
for next year. The term is a 10 week term for all classes except the Saturday
class, therefore you can either pay for a 10-week term; $135.00 or a 9-week term
$125.00. Remember all classes must be completed in the 10 week term, as we do
not carry over classes into the following term.
Pilates, yoga, nutrition, dance, kinesiology, lectures on pelvic floor and
stretching, all with highly qualified and acknowledged presenters. Weekends such as this will
leave you feeling
energized, inspired and motivated to achieve physical and mental goals.
Cost: only $400 per person
Location: Northern Beaches
Some of you may have been getting SMS confirmations, we hope you are happy
with this process.
Remember there is a 24-hour cancellation policy, so please always give us as
much notice as possible if you are unable to attend so we can make that timeslot
available for other clients.
Do you want an extra workout at a fraction of the cost. If you are a
confident Pilates studio participant, we have the Studio circuit offering a
wonderful workout on Monday mornings at 7.30 am. This is limited to a maximum of
8 people, so bookings are essential. Don’t miss out!
