to attend over 25 mat classes at various locations in Sydney, New South Wales from Belrose to Chatswood /
Willoughby, Frenchs Forest, Mosman, St Ives, and Terrey Hills.

The Pilates Room was established
in 1999 and has since become one of the industry leaders. Pilates as a
form of exercise is much more than a passing fad. Joseph H. Pilates laid very
strong foundations in the 1900's and his principles of movement ensure quality
in strength, flexibility, coordination and posture.
