Essentials - for first time Pilates participants. These classes are
structured to ensure that you learn and thoroughly understand all principles
and postures of Pilates. All exercises are taught with precise explanation to
ensure a happy, safe and comfortable workout. We recommend that you continue
with Essentials until you feel confident with the exercises ... check our

Basic - for participants who have completed a term or more with The
Pilates Room, but feel comfortable more staying in a basic class format. These
classes are appropriate for the elderly, injured or for those who had some
time away from consistent forms of exercise or movement. You will still gain
great results and feel fabulous after every class ... check our

Intermediate - offers a challenging class. If you feel confident
with your Pilates progression and would like to extend your exercise knowledge
of Pilates and drive yourself both mentally and physically, this is the class

Power PilatesTM
- Unique to The Pilates Room, this class is designed for participants
who have completed at least one term of intermediate classes or come from a
fitness or flexibility background. This workout can challenge the best of us
